Wuxi Xinje Energy Co., Ltd. was established in January 2013. It has five subsidiaries, namely Xinje Energy Hong Kong, Dianji Integrated, Jinlan Power Semiconductor, Guogui Integrated Circuit, and Singapore Eruby, as well as Shenzhen Branch and Ningbo Branch.

The company will increase the prices of IGBT discrete devices, modules, and MOSFET devices, with the new pricing schedule to take effect on March 1, 2026 .

It is reported that China Resources Microelectronics Limited (CR Micro) has decided to implement a moderate price increase across its full range of electronic products, effective February 1, 2026, with the increase starting at 10%.

Silan Microelectronics has decided to raise the prices of its small-signal diode / transistor chips, trench TMBS chips, MOS-related chips and other products by 10% starting March 1, 2026. Recently, Infineon issued a price adjustment notice to its customers and partners, announcing a price increase for certain products. According to the notice issued on February 5, 2026, the new pricing policy will officially take effect on April 1, 2026.

The notice clearly states that the adjusted new prices will apply to all new orders received as of this date, as well as portions of existing orders scheduled for shipment on or after April 1.
