Recently, demand across several semiconductor markets has grown significantly, particularly those supporting power, industrial, and data center applications. To meet this demand and uphold the standards of quality, reliability, and supply continuity you expect from us, onsemi is further increasing investments in manufacturing capacity, technical capabilities, and operational resilience.
While we have made every effort to offset rising input costs through internal efficiency initiatives, the magnitude of current cost increases can no longer be fully absorbed.
The updated prices will apply to:
All new orders placed on or after April 1, 2026; and
Existing unshipped orders scheduled for delivery on or after April 1, 2026.
Your onsemi customer representative will provide you with specific product details, including affected part numbers and applicable price adjustment information.

We appreciate your understanding and our ongoing partnership. Should you have any questions or wish to further discuss the impact of this price adjustment on your business, please contact your onsemi customer representative.
As of late January this year, we have already observed new changes in the spot market for ON Semiconductor devices.
At that time, major traders and market-focused distributors noted that prices for certain ON part numbers had risen sharply. In some cases, prices moved by what amounted to “a shift in the decimal point” from the beginning to the end of the month. Meanwhile, sources at the chip manufacturer indicated that shipment volumes remained solid.
Some distributors view this as a residual effect of the substitution trend driven by Nexperia’s market momentum, while others suggest monitoring whether these price-increasing ON parts are related to server power management applications.
