The LL5819 L0G is a 40V, 1A Schottky rectifier diode manufactured by Taiwan Semiconductor, housed in a MELF surface-mount package. It features a typical forward voltage drop of 600mV (@1A), a reverse leakage current of less than 500µA, and a forward surge current capability of 25A. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to +125°C. This device is suitable for high-frequency rectification applications such as low-voltage switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, and polarity protection. It is currently "Not Recommended for New Designs (NRND)" .
